jpn168 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
jpn168 strongly recommends that all players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security. 2FA adds an additional layer of protection by requiring a time-based one-time password (TOTP) in addition to your regular password when logging in. While optional, enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.
If your jpn168 account remains inactive (no login, deposit, or bet activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, it will be classified as dormant. jpn168 reserves the right to charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50.000 after the dormancy threshold is reached. You will be notified via email before any dormancy fee is applied. To avoid this fee, simply log in to your account at least once every twelve months.
jpn168 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet transfer (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start from Rp 10.000.
jpn168 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds during banking hours (08:00 – 21:00 WIB on business days). Outside of these hours, deposits may take longer to process.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your jpn168 account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. jpn168 operates in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
All deposits must be made from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not in your name) are strictly prohibited. If we detect that a deposit originated from a third-party account, we reserve the right to void any related bets, confiscate any winnings, and return the deposit to the original payment source (minus any applicable processing fees).
You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the completion of all applicable wagering requirements and KYC verification. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. If this is not possible for technical or regulatory reasons, jpn168 may request an alternative withdrawal method.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits depend on your account tier: Bronze members may withdraw up to Rp 10.000.000 per day, Silver members up to Rp 25.000.000 per day, and Gold VIP members up to Rp 100.000.000 per day.
jpn168 aims to process all withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes during banking hours (08:00 – 21:00 WIB, Monday through Friday). Withdrawals requested outside of these hours or on weekends and Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Nyepi, Chinese New Year, and Indonesian Independence Day) may experience delays until the next business day.
First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding Rp 5.000.000 may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process. jpn168 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request if we suspect fraudulent activity or violation of these Terms.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification. This process requires you to upload a clear, legible copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). All documents must show your full name and date of birth matching the information provided during registration.
jpn168 may request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, and payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within seven (7) days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.
jpn168 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount by your payment provider.

By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Most bonuses at jpn168 are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times you must wager (turnover) the bonus amount and/or deposit amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) and must be fulfilled within the specified time limit (typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited).
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games like baccarat, roulette, and blackjack may contribute less (often 10% to 50%). If we detect bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void all related bets, confiscate any winnings, reclaim all bonuses issued, and permanently close your account without prior notice.
By registering an account at jpn168, you consent to receive promotional communications from us via email, SMS, and in-platform notifications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by adjusting your account preferences or clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any promotional email. However, you will continue to receive transactional communications (withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, etc.) regardless of your marketing preferences.
All bets placed on jpn168 are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections and stake amounts before submitting a bet. All sports bets are settled according to the official result declared by the governing body of the sport. If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will typically be voided unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. Specific sports have additional rules (e.g., football matches must play at least 90 minutes including stoppage time for bets to stand, unless otherwise stated).
Asian Handicap (voor bola) bets, Over/Under bets, and other specialty markets each have their own settlement rules, which are detailed on our sportsbook help pages. In-play (live betting) odds are updated dynamically based on match events and may differ from pre-match odds. All in-play bets are subject to a short delay to allow for fair market adjustment.

All togel bets are settled according to the official draw results published by the respective lottery authorities. Draw times are displayed in Western Indonesia Time (WIB).
Togel bet types include 4D (four-digit exact match), 3D (three-digit exact match), 2D (two-digit exact match), Colok Bebas (free single-digit prediction), Colok Jitu (position-specific digit prediction), Colok Naga (three-digit prediction in any order), and Colok Macau (two-digit prediction in any order). During the suspension period, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. If your account is permanently closed for Terms violations, any remaining balance will be forfeited.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team. If you wish to close your account due to gambling-related concerns, we recommend using our self-exclusion tools, which allow you to suspend your account for a defined period (1 week, 1 month, 6 months, or permanently). Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after all pending bets are settled and all applicable wagering requirements are met. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.
